“Kveik” is the name of a very specific wild strain of yeast that has been used and preserved traditionally in Norway for centuries, in complete isolation from other domesticated european strains. This beer is brewed with Kveik and massive amounts of Ekuanot and Citra hops, added in a Double Dry Hopping (DDH). The result is a beer with an imposing fruity character full of citrusy touches.
