This Saturday, August 8, a very special beer returns to our taps: Snowden Russian Imperial Stout. It has matured for another year developing even more intense flavours. As you already know there are no bottles left of this delicacy but as always you can bring your growlers to take beer home. ?
Ibosim Snowden is an exquisitely complex very limited edition beer, a true sensory experience. With the combination of seven types of malt we get roasted touches of licorice, raisins and nuts, an intense body, velvety texture and a deep black colour. Its character is completed with the Japanese Sorachi Ace hops and a subsequent maturation with French oak shavings cured in white rum distilled by hand by our friends at BOWS distillerie. Enjoy it without haste.
