The trend of IPAs was born in the USA and has reached Europe with full force. They are beers in which hops have absolute prominence, the malt base being little more than a canvas on which to express its character, and leaving aside the bitterness in favor of greater drinkability (invented word but widely used in the world beer, although it sounds like a joke).
We wanted to go a little further with our Talaia Single Hop IPA, using only a variety of hops for its elaboration. This hops, called Mosaic, is mainly fruity, but you can find herbaceous, floral, even earthy and resinous notes. From this complexity comes its name. A light and fresh but incredibly aromatic beer, in which this hops is the absolute protagonist. An extremely “drinkable” beer.
