Tasting notes: Rosemary Belgian Ale

????ROSEMARY BELGIAN TASTING NOTES????

At Ibosim we often say that our Rosemary Belgian Ale beer is Belgian-inspired but adapted to our Mediterranean climate. It is an amber beer, almost red in colour, medium-high alcohol degree. We have used a type of Belgian yeast that gives it a character with hint of spices, but instead of the traditional coriander, we have chosen to use rosemary, a herb that is very present in Mediterranean gastronomy. We have also added whole oranges, which give a citrusy and fruity touch that bring a very surprising freshness to the beer.

What is clear is that the Belgian tradition offers us a wide range of possibilities for those of us who like to take a look at the traditions and reinterpret them in our own way.

?ROSEMARY BELGIAN NOTA DE CATA? En Ibosim solemos decir que nuestra cerveza Rosemary Belgian Ale es de inspiración belga pero adaptada a nuestro clima mediterráneo. Es una cerveza tostada, tirando a rojiza, de graduación media-alta. Hemos usado un tipo de levadura belga que le aporta un carácter especiado pero en vez del tradicional coriandro, hemos optado por usar romero, una hierba muy presente en la gastronomía mediterránea. También hemos añadido naranjas enteras, que le dan un toque cítrico y afrutado que aportan un frescor muy sorprendente a la cerveza. . .
