Tasting notes: Revolution Brown Ale

????REVOLUTION BROWN ALE TASTING NOTE????

Our REVOLUTION Brown Ale is both a tribute to 16th-century brown beers, the American revolutionaries who re-popularized the style in the 1980s, and all the fans of our American Brown Ale we made last year who have been asking for more since it sold out.

With a reddish brown colour and clear foam, Revolution is a light but very tasty beer with a low alcohol content (only 4.2%). Malty profile, with cereal flavours reminiscent of biscuit and bread crust, and light hints of caramel. Bitterness is present at the end as a counterpoint to the sweet malt flavours. This balance and lightness make it very easy to drink, but at the same time complex and satisfying.

Nuestra REVOLUTION Brown Ale es a la vez un homenaje a las cervezas marrones del siglo XVI, a los revolucionarios americanos que volvieron a popularizar el estilo en los ‘80, y a todos los fans de nuestra American Brown Ale que hicimos el año pasado, que nos la han estado reclamado que se acabó. . De color marron rojizo y espuma clara, Revolution es una cerveza de baja graduación (tan solo 4,2%) ligera pero muy sabrosa. Perfil maltoso, con sabores a cereal que recuerdan a galleta y a corteza de pan, y ligeros toques a caramelo. Amargor presente al final como contrapunto a los sabores dulces de la malta.
