???? ISLA BLANCA WEISSBIER TASTING NOTES ????
We have seen what the characteristics of traditional Weissbier are, but what is our Isla Blanca like?
It is a smooth and balanced wheat beer, a Mediterranean interpretation of the traditional German Weissbier. It has the typical fruity profile of the style, as well as that slightly citric and herbal touch. However, and unlike the more traditional weissbier, it is much lighter on the palate, as we seek a greater feeling of freshness for the Ibiza climate, much warmer than that of Germany.
You can also try to swirl the sediment and serve it, something that we do not normally recommend, to see the difference in both flavour and colour of the beer.
