?EQUINOX DDH Kveik IPA TASTING NOTES?

Our Equinox is an IPA with double dry hopping of Equinox and Citra hops made with Norwegian Kveik yeast. The beer profile that we get from the Kveik yeast combines very well and perfectly shows off the Equinox and Citra hops, which we have used in large quantities in this beer.

The result: an explosion of citrus flavours with hints of herbs and fruits like papaya or apple. All this in a beer of 7.0% ABV but very easy to drink, with a very juicy body and somewhat cloudy appearance due to the intensive use of oats and wheat, attached to barley.
